AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTINO THE
t' DEDICATION ' OP . THE STREETS
AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVI-
!'SION KNOWN. AS "GRAPELAND
CENTER.,
WHEREAS, The John A. Campbell Or-
tganteation, a Florida Corporation, have
fitted with the Director ot Public Service
a plat of certain property located In the
,County of Dada, State of Florida, more
particularly described as follows. to -wit:
A resubditision of "Miami Center"
as per plat thereof as recorded In
plat book 10, at Vege 49 of the Pub-
lic Records of Dahl' County, Florida.

land Center,' and
WHEREAS. the Director of Public
Service has approved said pint as com-
plying with all the provisions of the
Charter of the City of Miami and the
rules and regulations of tau Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the
dedication of certainstreets and avenues
to the perpetual use: of the public for
proper purposes.
NOW, TIHIC1U FOItE, BE IT on-
1)AINED by the Commission of the, City
ot Miami: That the dedicationof the
streets and avenues in said subdivision,
as .shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, accepted and - confirmed by
the City of 7lfiamt.
PASSED ANI) ADOPTED this 24th
day of February, A. D. 1925.
