WHEREAS, Catherine Conlon, a widow and Mary M. Conlon,
unmarried, have filed with the Director of Public Service
a plat of certain property located in the County of Dade,
State of Florida, more particularly described as follows,
to -wits
A subdivision in the beginning at the SW
corner of the Ni of the NE4 of Sec. 23,
Twp. 63 8, Rge. 41 E, thence North along
the West line of the N of the iiB4 of Sec.
23, Twp. 53. 3, Rge. 41 E, 330 ft. to a
point, thence 660 ft. to a point, thence
S. 330 ft. to a point, thence West 660 ft.
to the pointof beginning.
said subdivision to be known as "Maryland", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the p=vvisions of the Charter
of the Ci ty of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami; That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, A. D. 1925.
