AN C iDINANCE ACCEPTINC THE DEDICATION OP THE
STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVISION ENOWN
AS "AU 1 N1At1 " AS SHOWN BY AMENDED PLAT TN -
WHEREAS, Nark 0. Meagher and Jennie Be Meagher, his
wife, have tiled with tbe Director of Public Sorvioe an
amended plat of certain property looated in the County of
Dade, State of Florida, more particularly describedas fol-
lovs, to -wit:
A subdivision in the Ni of the Ni of the SE4
of the SW4 of Section 4, Township 54 South, -
Range 41 East, together with a certain subdi-
vision of land in Section 4, Township 54 South,
Range 41 East, known as "Auburndale" and record-
ed in Book Eight of Plate at page 102, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
said subdivision to be known as "Auburndale", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said emended plat as complying with all the provisions of
the Charter of the City of Miami and the rules and regula-
tions of the Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of oer-
tain streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINr.D by tbe Commission of
the City of Miami: That the dedication of the Streets and
,Avenues in said subdivision, as show:. by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of
Miami.
