AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DE'btCAT/oN OP TI
STREETS AND AVENUSS IN THE SUBDIVISION DNOWN
AS "DAY= PA1106
WHEREAS, C. Oliver Carey and H4ze1 g. Carey, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
proposed subdivision of certain property located in the
County of Dade, State of Florida, more particularly describ-
ed as follows:
A subdivision of the Northeast Quarter
(NEM) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of
the -Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section
Four teen (14) , Township Fifty -three (53)
South, Range Forty-one (41) East,
said subdivision to be known as "Bayami Park ", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Depart-
ment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of oertain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the Public for pro-
per purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February, A. D. 1925,
