AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION aF Ti#E STREETS
AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS nUOEEYE ?ARM
CIERHAS, Card. A. Mead and Moreno° M. Mead, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
proposed subdivision of certain property located in the Coun-
ty of Dade, State of Florida, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
A subdivision in the Northeast Quarter
( NE4) of the Northeast Quarter (Nall of
theSouthwest Quarter (SW) of Section
Twenty.. -two (22), Township•rifty`three
(53) South, Range Party -one (41) East,
said subdivision to be known as "Buckeye Park", and
WHEREAS, the Direotor of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Char-
ter of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of
the Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedicationof certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the Public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAITE D by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and
avenues in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the some are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of
Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February, A. D.
1926.
