BE 12 OR.,;_1: by the Conaission of the City of
Section 1. That the salary of the City At%orney of the
City of Miami, ?lorida, be, and is hereby, increased from the
Sum of ;11,3500.tn per annum to the sum of 6,000.n0 per annum,
to be effective as of February 1st, 1925.
Section 2. 2hat the additional sum of 1050.47. be,
and it is hereby, appropriated fro: the General Fund Surplus
for the purpse of paying said increase in salary.
Section 3. That all Oruinances or parts of OrdinanCes
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ": day of February, A. D. 1925.
