WHEREAS, Holleman Manors Company, a corporation organiz-
ed and existing under the Laws of the State of Florida, has
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a proposed
subdivision of certain property located in the County of Dade,
State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
A' resubdivision of that part of Allapattah
Gardens ling in SE4 of NW of NE;a and in the
SW4 of NEi of NEB. of Sedtion 27, Township 53
South, Range 41 East, except Lots 4, 5, 11 and
12, said lands being in Dade,County, Florida.
said subdivision to be known as "Holleman Manor", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the De-
partment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the Public for
proper purposes,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as show by said plat, be, ea.d the same
are, hereby, accepted and confirmed by the city of Miami:
