AS " c OVIi4GTON MANOR".
WHEREAS, Lewis A. Burhdtull Company, a corporation exist-
ing and organized under the laws of the State of Delaware,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a pro-
posed subdivision of certain property located in the County
of Dade, State of Florida, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
The ;7z of Ws of SWt- of S of Section 23,
Township 53 South, Range 41 East.
said subdivision to be known as "Covington Manor", and
'JHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
:mid plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are, hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, .4. D. 1.92 .
