WHEREAS, Sallie Pi Cox, joined by her husband, P. W.
0oz, have filed with the Director of Public Service of the
City of Miami, Florida, a plat of a proposed subdivision of
certain property located in the County of Dade, State of Flo-
rida, move particularly described as follows, to -wit:
The NW1 of NW4 of gW4 of Section 10, Township 54
South,Range 41 East,
said subdivisionto be known as "Hazel Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as oomplying with all theprovisious of the chatter of the
City of =:iami and the rules and regulations of the Department
t
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS. the said plat shoes the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the Public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, A. D. 1925.
