AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTIN4 Tii DEDICATtoN Cl' THE
STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE S8Dt V IS IUN 11 OWN
AS "NAYS OROV".
ER :AS, Wiilism E. Kay, widower, has filedwith the Direct-►
for of Public Service a plat of a proposed subdivision of cer-
tain property located in the County of Dade, State of Florida,
more particularly desoribed as follows, to -wit:
The Northwest Quarter (NW*) of Section 3, Township
53 South, Range 41 East, -
said subdivision to be known as "Kays Grove", and
WHEREAS, the Direotorof Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Servioe, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for pro-
per purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January A. D . 1925.
