WHEREAS, Lieirose Properties, Inc., a Florida Corporation, has
filed with the Director of Public Service of the City of Miami,
Florida, a plat of a proposed subdivision of cert, iii property locat-
ed in the Counter of Dade, State of Florida, more particularly des-
cribed as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of Si of the NE-1- of the Siof the Siof
the N*1 of the NE* and the Sk•of the SW4 of the N
of the•NE4 and the Si of the SW' of tbe•NE4 of the
NE4 of Section 28, Township 53 South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Melrose Heights", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami ane the rules ad regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dediciition of certain streets
and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper purposes,
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Cornmi ss ionof the City
of Miami: That the dedicationof the streets and avenues in said
subdivision, as shown by said plat be,and the same are hereby, con-
firmed and accepted by the City of i i.ami.
