AN ORDINANCE ACCEPT/NO THE DEDICATION OP THE STREETS
AND
AN DIX TN",SUBDIVISIO1 KNOWN AS "ROBERTS 80
GRE
WR1 AS, C. A. Roberto, unmarried, has filed with the Director
of Public Service of the City of Miami, Florida., a plat: of a propos-
edsubdivision of certain property located in the County of Dade,
State of Florida, more particularly desoribed as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of the Wi of NWi of Section 36, Township
53 South, Range 41 East, except the East 950 feet,
Said subdivision to be known as "Roberts & Irentner Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that all city
taxes and city liens due and payable have been duly paid, and
WHEREAS, the Direotor of Public Service has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets
and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City
of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said
subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby, ac-
cepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January, .. D. 1925.
