MINUTES OF ADJOURNED MEETING Off' THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CI
On this 17th day of Ootober, 1925, the Commission of the City o
at the City Hall in said City pursuant to an adjournment taken
meeting was called to order at 3:00 o' o look P. M. , by Chairman

REPORT OF OITY PLANNING BOARD AND SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON HARBOR DEVELOPMENT
Mr. John B. Orr read the report of the Speoial Committee of the City Planning Board
on the Harbor Improvement Plan and submitted a oompromise plan of the Harbor Develop-
ment soheme. Upon motion duly made and seconded the report together with the p]en
was referred baok to the Planning Board with instructions to submit same to the Di-
reotor of Publio Servioe for examination and estimate of the post of the improvement
as proposed.
iAOCEPTING DEDICATION OP CERTAIN STREETS, ETC. IN NEW SUBDIVISIONS
Plata of oertain subdivisions were submitted bearing the approval of the Director of
Public Service and the said plats showing dedications of certain portions of such
subdivisions to the use of the public for proper purposes, the dedications were ao-
oepted by the City by the following ordinances. On motion of Mr. Lummus, seconded
by Lir. Gilman, it was resolved that the charter requirement that all ordinances be
read on two separate occasions, unless dispensed with by a four -fifths vote of the
Commission, be dispensed with and that the ordinanoes accepting the dedications be
given both readings at this meeting. The vote thereon was as follows - AYES: Mes-
srs: Romfh, Lummus, Gilman, Leffler. NOES: None.
Before the introduction of any of the ordinances aooepting dedications shown
on plats submitted, it was suggested that the plats be referred to the City Plann-
ing Board for examination and that action be deferred until the next regular meet-
ing of the Commission. Thereupon, upon motion of Mr. Lummus,seoonded by Mr. Gil-
man, it was resolved that the said plate be referred to the City Planning Board for
examination. The vote thereon was as follows - AYES: Messrs. Romfh, Lummus, Lef-
fler, Gilman. NOES: None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to oome before the Commission, on motion duly made
and seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
