gANITART sun IMPROVEMENT Mo. 12
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Wand:
That the following improvement, designated Sanitary stior
Improvement No. 122 , be made under Section 66, City
Charter, and that apeoial assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District Sr-122
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of ooet pursuant to said Section.
Laying an 8" Cast Iron Sanitary Sewer at or near the center
line of:
,1 N. W. 6th Avenue from N. W. 5th Street to N. W. 6th Street.
SouthWest North River Drive from S.W.2nd Street to S.W. 2nd
Avenue.
VSouthwest South River Drive from W. Plagler Street to S. W.
2nd Street.
S. W. 4th Avenue from S. W. 2nd Street to S. W. 3rd Street.
AS. W.2ud Street fro.a S.W.South River Drive to a point 250
feet west.
Constructing necessary manholes and appurtenances.
Laterals as follows: 69 four inch oast iron lateralB to
connect the saii sewer to the rroperty line of the following lots
and parcele: •

Block 69-N, Lots 10 and 11.
Block 70-N, Lots 1 and 24.
Block 140-N, Lots 9, 10,11,12,15 and 16, and tracts of land
with riparian rights opnosite same between S.W.North River Drive
and. Miami River.
Block 141-::, Lots 5,6,11 and 12 and tracts of land with
riparian right s opposite same between S. W.North River Drive and.
Miami River.
