DISTRICT SR-121 SANIT11i Y SEWER IMPROVEMENT No. 121_
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the following improvement, designated Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No. 121 be made under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District 6r-121 •
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Section.

Laying an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the center
N.W. South River Drive from N. W. let Street to N. W. 7th Avenue.

N. W. 8th Avenue from N. W. 3rd Street to N. W. 4th Street.
N. W. 6th Avenue from N. W. 6th Street to N. W. llth Street.
N. E. 26th Street from a point 300 feet west of N. E. 2nd
Avenue to F. E. C. Ry.
.S. W. 2nd Avenue from S. W. 8th Street to S. W. 9th Street.
S. W. 3rd Avenue from Miami River to S. W. 9th Street.
S. W. 4th Avenue fromS.W. 5th Street to S. W. loth Street.
S. W. 14th Terrace fromS. Miami Avenue to S. W. let Avenue.
Constructing necessary manholes andappurtenances.
Laterals as follows: 211 six inch Terra Cotta laterals and
6 four inch Cast Iron laterals to connect the said sewers to the
property line of the following lots and parcels:

Block 5-S, Lots 1, 2, 7 and 8, and tracts opposite same with
riparian rights between N. W. South River Drive and Miami River.
Block 4-S, Lots 1, 2, 18, 19 and 20, and tracts opposite same
with riparian rights between N. W.South River Drive and Miami River.
Block 1-S, Lots A.B.C.D.E.F.2, 3 and 4, and tracts opposite
same with riparian rights between N. W. South niver Drive and Miami
River.
Block 10-S,Lots 2 and 3.
Biock 2-S, Lots 10 and 11.
RIVERVIEW:
Block 6, Lots 1 and 20.
