That the following improvement be made under Section $6,
;City Charter. and that special assessments be made therefor:
against property liable, and that the City Manager prepare,
and file plans, specifications and an estimate of cost
pursuant to said Section:
Constructing a pumping station with necessary pumps
and accessories and acquiring a site for same to serve
Sanitary sewers of Districts Sr-110 to Sr-119, both inclusive.
