BE IT RESOLVED by the Coxnicsion of the City of Yiemi !
That the following irrprovcraant, designated penitent' Serer
Improvement No. 118 be mak under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District Sr-118
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
Speoifioations and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Seotion.
.1 Laying a 12" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the
center line of N. W. 6th Court from N. W. 20th Street to N. W.
21et Terrace.
Constructing the necessary manholes and appurtenances.
Laterals as follows: 40 six inch Terra Cotta laterals to
connect said sewer to the following lots and paroels at the
property line thereof;
N. W. 7th Avenue Add: Block 11, Lots 3, 4 and Lots 21 to
34, inclusive.
N. W. 7th avenue Add: Block 15, Lots A and 1 to 19,
inclusive.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs and
gutters where such relaying is made necessary by the improve-
ment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of December
A. D. 1924 .
