BE IT I:E3OLVED by the CcmmLsoion of the City of Miami:
That the following improve,aati.t, desigr.ated Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No. 116 , be made under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District Sr-116
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Section.
Laying a 6" Cast Iron Sanitary Sewer in the intersection
of N. W. 5th Avenue and N. W. 15th Street, at or near the west
property line of N. W. 5th Avenue, if extended across N. W. 15th
Street, from the North side of N. W. 15th Street to the South
side of N. W.15th Street.
Laying two 6" Cast Iron Sanitary Sewers in the intersection
of N. W. 6th Avenue and N. i . 15th Street, one at or near the
east property line and the other at or near the west property
line of N. I. 5th Court, If extended across N. W. 15th Street,
from the Northside of N. W. 15th Street to the south side of
N. W. 15th Street.
Laying two 6" Cast Iron Sanitary Sewers in the intersection
of N. W. 5th Court and N.. W. 15th Street, one at or near the east
property line and the other at or near the west property line
of N. W. 5th Court, if extended across N. W. 15th Street, from
the north side of N. W. 15th Street to the south side of N. W.
15th Street.
Laying two 6" Cast Iron Sanitary Sewers in the intersection
of N. W. 21st Terrace and N. W. 5th Court, one at or near the
east property line and the other at or near the west property
line of N. W. 5th Court, if extended across N. W. 21st Terrace,
from the north side of N. d. 21st Terrace to the south side of
N. W. 21st Terrace.
Relaying street pavement where such relaying is made necessary
the improvement.
