BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miemit
That the following improvement, designated Sanitary Wiper
Improvement No. 1.15 , be made under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District Sr_U.5 ,
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Seotiorl•
laying an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the center
line of:
v N. W. 19th Street, from N. W. 4th Avenue (East) to 81 W. 4th
Avenue (west)
,1DT. W. 4th Avenue from N. W. 19th Street to N. W. 20th Street.
�N. W. 4th Court from a point 500 feet north of N.W. 17th
Street to N. W. 20th Street.
vN. W. 15th Street from N. W. 5th Court to N. W. 5th Avenue.
vN. W. 21st Terrace from N.4. 5th Avenue to N. W. 4th Court.
,N. W. 22nd Street from a point 190 feet west of N.W. 4th
Avenue to a point 230 feet west of said N. 4. 4th Avenue.
Constructing necessary manholes and appurtenanoes.
Laterals follows: 71 four inch cast iron laterals to
connect said sewer to the property line of the following lots
and parcels:
T. N. Gautier's Sub., 'Lot 26.
Mosteller's Sub., Lots 14 to 25, inclusive.
Peacock's Sub., Lots 1, 3,4 and Lots 7 to 27, inclusive, and
Lots 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34.
Dale Miller Sub., Block 3, Lots 17 and 18.
Dale Miller Sub., Block 6, Lots 1 and 45.
J. a.Dann's 2nd Add., Block E. Lots 3, 4, and 5.
Brosaier's Sub., Block 2, Lots 1 to 5, inclusive.
J. A.Dann's 2nd Add., Block D, Lots 4 and 5.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by the improvement.
