BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the following improvement, designated Sanitary Sower
Improvement No. 114 , be ;nu e under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District 3r-114 •
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Section.

Constructing necessary manholes and appurtenances.
Laterals as follows: 4 six inch Terra Cotta laterals and two cast
iron laterals to connect the nearer of said two sewers to the pm party
line of the following lots and parcels:
Dale Miller Sub., Block 5, Lot 1; Block 6, Lots 23 and 24.
N. ?. 7th Ave., Add. Block 7, Lots 1 and 22, Block 12, Lot 1.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs and gutters where
such relaying is made necessary by the improvement.
