BE IT RESOLVED by the Ccmmission of the City of Miami:

That he following improvement, designated panitary Sewer
Improvement No.ig , be made under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District Sr-112
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Section.
Laying a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the
North property line of N. W. 17th Street from N. W. 5th Plaoe
to N. W. 5th Court.
Constructing the necessary manholes and appurtenances.
Laterals as follows: 4 Six inch laterale to connect the
said sewer to the property line of the following lots and parcels:
Dale Miller Subdivision: Kook 7, Lots 23 and 24.
Dale Miller Subdivision: Block 10, Lots 1 and 42.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs and gutters
where such relaying is made neoessary by the improvement.
