BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of ?Zidmi:.
That the following improvement, designated Sanitary BA
Improvement No. 111 , be made under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor .against
property liable, designated District Sr-111
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of coat pursuant to said Section.
Laying a 12" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the.North'
property line of N. W. 17th Street from N. W. 6th Court to N. 1.
6th Plaoe.
Constructing necessary manholes and appurtenances.
Laterals as follows: 8 six inch Terra Cotta Laterals to
connect said sewer to the property line of the following lots.
and paroels:
Dale Idiller Subdivision: Block 21,Lots 23 and 24.
Dale Miller Subdivision: Block 20, Lots 1 and 42.
Dale Miller Subdivision Block 8, Lots 23 and 24.
Dale Miller Subdivision: Block 9, Lots 1 and 42.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by the improvement.
