Laying a 15" Ter:^a Cotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the oenter of N. W. 6th Court from N. W. 17th Street to N. W. 20th Street. Constructing the neoessary manholes and appurtenances. Laterals as follows: 81 six inch Terra Cotta Lateral Conneotions to connect said sewer to the property line of the following lots and parcels: Dale Miller Sub: Block 19, Lot C. Dale Miller Sub: Block 18, Lots A and D. Dale Miller Sub: Block 20, Dale Miller Sub: Block 17, to 34, inclusive. Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs and gutters where such relaying is made necessary by the improvement. Lots 1 to 21, inclusive and Lots 1 to 16, inclusive and Lots 22 to 42, inclusive. Lots B. and C. and Lots 19 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd d A. D. 192 4 .
