BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the following improvement, designated Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No. 108 , be made under Section 66, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District sr-108 +
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Section.
A Sanitary sewer improvement as follows:
Laying an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary sewer at or near the
property lines of:
N. W. 6th Court, (west side) fromN. W. llth Terraoe to N.
W. 12th Street.
N. W. 6th Court (east side) from N. W. llth Terrace to N.
W. 13th Street.
N. W. 5th Avenue (West side) from N. W. 14th Street to a
point 182 feet south.
N. W. 4th Avenue (West side) from N. W. llth Terraoe to
N. W. 12th Street.
N. W. 4th Avenue (East side) from N. W. llth Terrace to
N. W. 12th Street.
N. W. 4th Avenue (Went side) from N. W. 14th Street to a
point 209 feet south.
N. W. 4th Avenue (Eabt side) from N. W. 14th Street to a
point 209 feet south.
N. 4. 13th Street (North side) from N. W. 5th Court to a
point 375 feet east.
N. W. 13th Street (South side) from N. W. 5th Court to a
point 481 feet east.
N. W. 12th Street (North side) from N. W. 3rd Avenue to a
point 914 feet west.
N. W. 12th Street (South side) from N. W. 4th Avenue to a
point 250 feet west and from N. W. 4th Avenue to a point 165.5
feet east.
Constructing necessary manholes and appurtenances.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs end gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by the improvement.
