BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Ut*Mit
That the following improvement,, designated Sanitary Sewer.
Improvement No. 105 , be made under Section 66, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District Sr-105
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Section.
A Sanitary Sewer Improvement as follows:
Laying a 21" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the
center line of N. W. 6th Avenue from N. W. llth Terrace to N. W.
13th Street.
Constructing the necessary manholes and appurtenanoes.
Laterals as follows: 722 lineal feet of 6" Terra Cotta
laterals to connect said sewer to the property line of the
following lots and parcels.
Bragg Investment Co. Sub: Block 3, Lots 13, 14, 15, 16,
17 and 18.
Bragg Investment Co. Sub: Block 2, Lots 13, 14, 15, 16,
17 and 18.
Wi of Blook 6 of Sost's Subdivision.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs and
gutters where such relaying is made necessary by the improvement.
