BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the city of V3afii s
That the following improvement, designated Sidewa)k..,
Improvement No. 06 , be made under Section 56, Oity
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor againet:
property liable, designated District SK-56
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plane,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Sectiofl.
On both sides of Nest Plagler Street, from 5th Avenue
to 12th Avenue.
Grading thereof from the curb line to the property line.
Constructing a sidewalk of concrete six (6) feet three
(3) inches wide, except that where a suitable sidewalk to
proper grade and line is already in place, the construction
of a new sidewalk will be omitted.
