BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of3a
That the following improvement, designated Sfd ai
Improvement No. 55 . be mode under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor againet
property liable, designated District Sk-56
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
epecifioations and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Sectiolii
20th Salellith sides of N. W. 3rd Avenue from Flagler to N. W
On both sides of N. E. 14th Street, from Miami Avenue
to N. E. 2nd Avenue.
On the North side of S. W. let Street, from River Drive
to 5th Avenue.

Railway to West 2nd Avenue.
On both sides of N. W. 9th Street, from lst Avenue to 5th
Avenue.
On both sides of N. W. loth Street
8th Street Road.
On both sides of N. W. llth Street
7th Avenue.
Grading thereof from the curb line

to the property line.
Constructing a sidewalk of concrete five (5) feet wide,
except that where a suitable sidewalk to proper line and grade
is already in place, the construction of a new sidewalk will
be omitted.
