BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the following improvement, designated giowey
Improvement No. 262 , be mGde under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District H-262
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Section.
On South River Drive, from Flagler Street to interaeation
of N. W. 7th Street and 10th Avenue.
0n West 8th Avenue from S. W. 8th Street to N. W. 4th
Street.
0n N. W. 7th Street, from loth to 13th Avenue.
0n N. W. 4th Street, from loth Avenue to 350' East of
8th Avenue.
Grading thereof between curbs.
Constructing a concrete curb 6" wide and 14" deep and
a concrete gutter 18" wide and 6" to 7=" deep on both sides
of the street, except that where a suitable curb and gutter
to proper line and grade is already in place, the construction
of a new curb and gutter will be omitted.
Constructing a pavement of sheet asphalt 3" thick upon a
fpundation of local pit rock 8" thick or of compacted Kentucky
Rock Asphalt 1-1/3" thick upon a foundation of local pit rock
9-2/3" thick all being 39 feet wide and extending from curb to
ourb.
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT No. 262
Constructing the necessary inlets, catch -basins and
connections to sewers.
