BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the following imvrovemont, designated uiRhiu
Improvement No. 260, be m .de under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District H-260

and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Section.
On N. W. 4th Street, from F. E. C. By. to N. W. 2nd Avenue.
On N. W. 7th Street, from West Side of Miami Avenue to
East side of 1st Avenue.
Grading thereof between curbs.
Constructing aconcrete curb 6" wide and
14bodeep

concrete gutter 18�� wide and 6" to 7" M? on
of
the street, except that where a suitable curb and gutter to
proper line and grgsll realready teplace, the construction of
a new curb and gutter

Constructing a pavement of asphaltic macadam 2" thick
upon a foundation of local pit rock 5" thick or of Kentucky Rock
Asphalt 3/4" compacted thickness upon a foundation of local pit r
rock 64" thick, all being 34 feet wide and extending from curb
to curb.
Constructing the necessary inlets, catch -basins and
connections to sewers.
