HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT No. 269
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the following improvement, designated Highway
Improvement No. 259 , be mode under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor againe
property liable, designated District g_gb9
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans, -
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to sold Se
0n N. W. llth Street. from N. W. 9th Court to Allapa ah
Drive.
On Allapattah Drive, from N. W. llth Street to Limits.
Grading thereof between curbs.
Constructing a concrete curb 6" wide and 14" deep and a
concrete gutter 18" wide end46" to 7*" deep on both sides of
the street, except that where a suitable curb and gutter to
proper line and grade is already in place the construction of
a new curb and gutter will be omitted.
Constructing a pavement of asphaltic macadam 2" thick upon
a foundation of local pit rock 5" thick or of Kentucky Rock
Asphalt 3/4" compacted thickness upon a foundation of looal
pit rock 6*" thick, all being 30 feet wide and extending from
curb to curb.
Constructing the necessary inlets, catch -basins and
connections to sewers.
