BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the following improvement, designated A ruify=
Improvement No. J8...., be made under Section 56, City
Charter,and that special assessments, be made therefor against
property liable,
designated District -2 '
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans, specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said section.
On N. W. 5th Street, from 5th Avenue to 7th Avenue.
Grading thereof between curbs.
Constructing a concrete curbo

concrete gutter 18 wide and 6"to 7e deep, both to proper
street, except that where a suitable
curb and the construction of a new
line and grade is already in place,
curb and gutter will be omitted.
Constructing a pavement of sheet asphalt 3" thick upon

Asphalt 1-1/3" compact
pit rock 9-2/3" thick, all being 48 feet wide and extending
from curb to curb.
Constructing the necessary inlets, catch -basins and
connections to sewers.
