BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the following improvement, designated Eiahia
Improvement No. 256 , be made under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designa
ted District H-256 +
and that the Cit.. Manager shall prepare and file plena,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Section.
0n N. W. 9th Court from N. W. North River Drive to N. W.
llth Street;
On N. W. 8th Avenue, from
mSouth
Streesside of N. W. North River
Drive to North side of N. W.
On N. W. 7th Street Road, from N. W. 7th Street to 9th
Court;
Grading thereof between curbs.
Constructing a concrete curb 6" wide and 14" deep and
a concrete gutter 18" wide and 6" to 7" deep, on both sides
of the street, except that where a suitable curb and gutter to
proper line and grade is already in place, the construction of
a new curb and gutter will be omitted.
Constructing a pavement of asphaltic macadam 2" thick
upon a foundation of local pit rock 6" thick or of Kentucky
Rock Asphalt 3/4" compacted thickness upon a foundation of local
pit rook 6" thick, all being 40 feet wide and extending from
curb to curb.
Constructing the necessary inlets, catch -basins and
connections to sewers.
