HIGHWAY INPROVEU'ENT M. 264
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Midmi:
That the following improvement, designated
Improvement No. 2S4 , be made under Seotion 56, Cit
Charter, and that speoial assessments be made thereoo
property liable, designated District H-264
and that the City Manager shall prepare ande pl ,
specifications and an estimate of Cost pursuant t aid ion.
On N. W. 7th Avenue from llth SATINIO6th
Grading thereof between curbs.
Constructing a concrete curb 6" wide and 14" deep and
a concrete gutter 18" wide and 6" to 7*" deep on both sides
of the street, except that where a suitable curb and gutter
to proper line and grade is already in place, the construction
of a new curb and gutter will be omitted.
Constructing a pavement sheet asphalt 3" thick upon a
foundation of local pit rook 8" thick or of Kentucky Rock
Asphalt 1-1/3" compacted thickness upon a foundation of local
pit rock 9-2/3" thick, all being 39 feet and extending from
curb to curb.
Constructing the ne .eery inlets, catch -basins and connec-
tions to sewer:.
