BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of MieIni:
That the following improvement, designated Highway ,
Improvement No. 253 , be made under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated District R-253
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of Cost pursuant to said Section.
On S. W. lst Avenue, from ?l agler Street to S. W. lst.
Street;
On S. W. let Court, from S. W. lst Street to S. W. 3rd
Street;
On S. W. 2nd Street, from lst Court S. r . to S. W. 2nd
Avenue;
On S. W. 3rd Street, from 3. W. let Court to S. W. 2nd Avenue.
Grading Grading thereof between curbs.
Constructing a concrete curb 6" wide and 14" deep and a
concrete gutter 18" wide and 6" to 7 " deep on both sides of
the street, except that where suitable curb and gutter to
proper line and grade is already in olace, the construction of
a new curb and gutter will be omitted.
Constructing a pavement of sheet asphalt 3" thick upon a
foundation of looal pit rock 8" thick, or of Kentucky Rock
Asphalt 1-1/3" compacted thickneEs upon a foundation of local
pit rock 9-2/3" thick, all being 34 feet wide and extending
from curb to curb.
Constructing the necessary inlets, catch -basins and
connections to sewers.
