DISTRICT H-251 HI1HWAY IMPROVEMENT 344 Ohl
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the following improvement, designated Righwav
Improvement No. 251 be made under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor egainet
property liable, designated District H-251 •
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plane,
specifications and an estimate of cost pursuant to said Section.
On S. -11. North River Drive, from 2nd Street to 2nd
Avenue,
On S. 'V. 3rd Str-et, from 2nd Avenue to River Drive.
Grading thereof between curbs.
Constructin a concrete curb 6" wide and 14" deep and
a concrete gutter 16" wide and 6" to 7- deep on both sides of
the etreet, except t.ht where a 27uita1le curb and gutter to
proper line and Frde is alre'ady in place, the construction of
a new curl-) and :lutter Nill be omitted.
Constructin:4 a pavement of aphaltic macadam 2" thick
upon a foundation of local pit rock 5" thick of or Zentucky
Rock Asphalt 3/4" compacted thickness upon foundation af
local 2it rock 6i." Thick, all being: 39 feet wide and extending
fror:: curb to curb.
Constructi necessariv inlets, catch -basins and connections
to sewers.
