BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Yiami:
That the following improvement, designated Highway
Improvement No. 249 , be made under Section 56, City
Charter, and that special assessments be made therefor against
property liable, designated Pistrict
H-249
and that the City Manager shall prepare and file plans,
specifications and an estimate of coat pursuant to said Section.
On South Miami Avenue, from 169 feet South of 27th Street
Road to the City Limits.
Grading thereof between curbs.
Constructing a oonorete curb 6" wide and 14" deep and a
oonorete gutter 18" wide and 6" to 7i." deep on both sides of
the street, except that where a suitable curb and gutter to
proper line and grade is already in place, the construction of
a new curb and gutter will be omitted.
Constructing a pavement of sheet asphalt 3" thick upon
a foundation of local nit rock 8" thick or Kentucky Rook
Isphalt 1-1/3" compacted thickness upon a foundation of local
pit rock 9-2/3" thick, all being 50 feet wide and extending
from curb to curb.
Constructing the necessary inlets, catch -basins and connec-
tions to sewers.
