ized and direoted to oauae a lamporary rook walkway to be
built from Elmer Pier on the West to the bay front on
the East, said walkway to be built at,theerpense of
the City and paid for from the Bay Front Pork Bond Pond.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, A.D.
1924.
