DITIOEB DUBIN SET FORTH.
WAS, it appears that City Youoher.Yo. 2804.Ls
.8. L. Clark & Sons in payment of Estimate 40 in the sum ot#13;8$t01O'
for paving work under City Paving Contract Bo. 64, has become lost
in the mails, and
Whereas, it is necessary that duplicate Youoher be issued
in lieu of the voucher lost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the Director of Finsnoe be, and he is hereby,
authorized and direoted to issue duplicate voucher to HA. Clark
& Sons in the sum of $13,831.10 upon receipt of indemnity bond
executed by the said H. L. Clark & Sone indemnifying the City of
Miami against any loss by reason of the lost voucher.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, A. D.1924.
