A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF
W. B. WALSH TO PURCHASE FIFTEEN ACRES
OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, DESCRIBED IN
THIS RESOLUTION. AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE. FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF THE C ITY OF MIAMI , A WARRANTY
DEED UPON THE CONDITIONS HEREIN SET
FORTH.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami, Florida, by public adver-
tisement, called for sealed bids for fifteen acres of land,
more or less, situate in the N. E. Quarter of S. W. Quarter
of S. W. Quarter, and the North Half of the S. E. Quarter
of S. W. Quarter of S. W. Quarter of Section 10-64-41, and
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of the bids received it ap-
pears that the offer of /1. E. Walsh to pay $2,010 per acre
for said land is the highest and best bid received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
1: That the offer of W. E. Walsh to pay $2,010 per acre
for the land above described and owned by the City of Miami,
Florida, be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City.
2: That the City Manager, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Miami,
a warranty deed conveying to said W. E. Walsh the said land
described above upon the following terms and conditions;
One -Third of the purchase price is to be paid in cash.
"SUPPORTIVE- Third of the purchase price is to be due and payable.
DOC U M EN TS year from date of closing of the transaction.
FOLL Y r OWI/One-Third of the purchase price is to be due and payable
two years from date of closing of the transaction.
Deferred payments are to bear interest at 6A per annum,
payable semi-annually. CITY COMMISSION 1
