A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION
AND RILING OF PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
pLL FOR WORK UNDER CERTAIN IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SET FORTH IN THIS RESO-
LUTION AND DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION
OF NOTICE FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE CON-
FIRMATION OF SUCH ROLLS.
WHEREAS, the contract entered into for the improYd-
ment of pertain streets by the construction of sanitary
sewers, has been properly and completely done and said
work accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami:
1: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, di-
rected to make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary
assessment roll of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 71.
2: That upon the filing of said preliminary assess-
ment roll, the City Clerk cause notice to be given in a news-
paper published in the City of Miami twice weekly for two
weeks, stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the City
of Miami to be held on a certain day and at a certain hour,
not less than twelve days from the date of the first publication,
any person whose property is described in said preliminary as-
sessment roll may appear and file written objection to the con-
firmation of the said preliminary assessment roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, A. D. 1924.
