WHEREAS, Lot 20, Blook 44 South was aaeeseat for
pity taxes during the year 1923, when thie property was
at that time owned and being used by a colored church; and
WHEREAS, the South 50 feet of Lots 9 and 10, Block
17 South was assessed for taxes during the year 1920 and the
proper payment made on same, but due to a clerical error the
payment of these taxes was not recorded and this property
was sold for taxes at the annual tax sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the following tax sale certificates
be redeemed:
Certificate #1392 for 1923 taxes on Lot 20, Blook 44 South..$30.24
Certificate #1252 for 1922 taxes on Lot 20, Block 44 South.. 26.19
Certificate #654 for 1920 taxes on South 50 feet of Lots 9
and 10 Block 17 South 54.76
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ninth day of December,
A. D. 1924.
