A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CANOEIr
LATION OF THE ASSESSMENT AGAINST
THAT UNNUMBERED LOT 26 FEET WID$
LYING BETWEEN BLOCK 1 AND BLOCS
"A" OF THE RICE & SULLIVAN SUBDI-
VISION AND AUTHORIZING THE REFUND
OF $90.84 TO P. H. ARTHUR.
WR;ERTAS, the City Tax Assessor erroneously assessed
that unnumbered Lot 25 feet wide lying between Blook 1 and
Block "A" of the Rios & Sullivan Subdivision for pity taxes,
said Lot being dedioated as a public parkway, and
WHEREAS, '..:r. P. H. Arthur purchased the Tax Sale
Certificate issued against the said Lot for unpaid oity
taxes, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Commission that the
said Lot should not be shown on the City Assessment Roll

nor assessed for City taxes and that Mr. Arthur should be
reimbursed in theamount of $90.84, the amount of the Tax
Sale Certificate,
NON, TEERF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami: That the assessment against that
unnumbered Lot 25 feet wide lying between Blook 1 and
Block "A" of the nice & Sullivan Subdivision as shown on
the City Assessment aoll be, and the sane is hereby oanoelled
and stricken from the Roll.
BE I'T FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to reimburse Mr.
P. H. Arthur in the urn of 90.84.
