A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE SUM OP
$300.00 PROM THE RESERVE FUND FOR CON-
TINGENCIES TO THE ACCOUNT OF DISPEN-
SARY, CODE 260-43, DIVISION 0P REA= IN
THE PUBLIC WELFARE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that on $
count of installing a Free Clinic at the Jackson A -
morial Hospital the Dispensary Account of the Health
Department is exhausted, the expense of installing the
said Clinic being paid from the Dispensary Account, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested an
appropriation of $300.00 from the General Fund Surplue
to the said Dispensary and there being no Surplus in
the General Fund sufficient for the purpose,
ITOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami: That the sum of $300.00 be and is
hereby appropriated from the Reserve Fund for Contingen-
cies to the account of Dispensary, Code 260-43, in the
Health Division of the Public Welfare Department.
