WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the_ 6

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
the City of Miami: That the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to purchase Lot 16, Block
1, Beverly Subdivision, for the sum of :5,650.00 an& Lot
16, Block Sandricourt Subdivision, for the sum of
$5,000.00 said sums to be paid from the Fund provided for
the opening and widening of streets uyon the delivery of
deed by the owners showing good and marketable title.
