RESOLUTION NO. 1726.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF PART OP
COST OP CONTRACT FOR SANITARY SEWERS AND LATERALS
PROM THE BOND FUNDS PROVIDED FOR PAYMENT OP COST
OP CITY'S SHARE OF SANITARY SEWERS.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that in the construction
of sewers ordered under Sanitary Sewer Improvement Districts Nos.
61 to 79, inclusive, contract Sr.32, many lateral connections
were made for which no iluprovement bonds were sold to pay the
cost of installing and that the cost of the sanitary sewers and
laterals constructed under said contract exceeded the proceeds
from the sale of i.:19rovement bonds by the sum of $19,324.59, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager hae recommended that the addition-
al cost of the said work be paid from the Bond Funds provided for
the payment of the City's share of the cost of sanitary sewers,
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami: That the sum of $19,324.59 be, and the same is hereby,
appropriated and advanced from Bond Fund No.61 for the purpose
of paying the balance due on the contract for sanitary sewers add
lateral connections constructed under Sanitary Sewer Improvement
Nos. 61 to 79, inclusive.
