WHERMAS, the Oity Manager reports that in the widening
of S. W. 2nd Avenue a deed was given tc the Oita by Lillian
R. Mor.: icon for the B. 5' of the 5 50' of Lots 1 and 2 of
Blom 141 North which deed was in error in that Lot 2 of
Block 141 North has nc fr intage on 8. W. 2nd Avenue and no
part c1 it should have been included in the said Deed, and
WHRBBAS, tc correct the error it is necessary that the
City execute a quit -Claim Deed tc the said Lillian R. Morri-
ecn for that portion cf the prcperty erroneously conveyed to
the City,
NOW, 213AJ'0RR, B , I2 R..:SOLVED by the Commission cf the
City cf Miami: /that the City ldanager be, and he is hereby,
authcrized and directed tc execute and deliver tc said Lil-
lian R. Morriscn a Qkuit-Claim Deed for and on behalf of the
City cf Miami tc the following described prcperty, to -wit;
£he Weat Party -Five i'eet (W45') cf the South
Fifty Feet (850' of Lot One (1) and the South
Fifty Feet WO') of Lot 2wc (2) cf Block One
Hundred Forty -One North (141N) of the City of
Mia:ni, Florida, according tc the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Back "A" at page 54 cf the Pu-
blic Records cf Dade County, Florida,
said deed tc be apprcved by tie City Attorney as tc form and
exeout icn.
