on the llth day of November, 1924, pursuant to the natioe of
said meeting under Section 56 of the Oity Garter, to hear ell
written objections to the confirms tics of the Preliminary Leseee-
ment Roll of Highway Improvement Bo. 196-B, and
W1 e1S, the Commission of the Oity of Miami having receiv-
ed no written objections to the acnfirma ticn of the said Preli-
minary Assessment Roll by any persona whose property is describ-
ed in said roll,
NOW, THf:3IFORR, Bip IT RESOZVRD by the Commission cf the Oily
cf Miami:
1: That the prima facie assessments, as indicated on said
Preliminary assessment Roll be, and the same are hereby, in all
thing e, ccnf irried find sustained against any and all lots cr par-
cels cf ground described therecn.
2; That the suns .:nd amounts against each cf the lots cr
parcels cf ground in said Preliminary assessment Roll are less
than the amount that each cf said lots cr parcels of ground is
benefited by said improvements and that such amounts are in pro-
perticn tc the special benefits and th ;t the prcport ion cf said
costs tc be paid by said (ity of Mta:ni cn account cf Highway in-
tersecticns is the sum set opposite the same th•.rein.
