A RESOLUTION APPOINTINGI A GOLI BOARD TO OONaO

COURSE.
WHEREAS, on the 30th of October, 1910, the City Oomm .aRi6`n
of the City of Mimi, appointed a Board to be known as the Golf
Board, as provided for by Seoticn88 cf the City Charter, to
take charge of and handle the affa firs of the lydiami-Hialeah Golf
Course with power tc formulate such rules and regula time as they
deem necessary and advisable, and
MMUS, the appointments sc made have expired and the City
Manager recommends that the same members of the Board be re -ap-
pointed for a term cf one year frcm October 30th, 1924,

City cf Liiami:
1: That J. F. Chains, W. Id. Urmey, Lark German, Van.
Harrison and rnest Cotten, Director cf Yublic Service, be
and they are hereby, appointed as a Gclf Board to serve fcr a
term of cne (1) year frcm the 30th day o' October, 1924.
2: That in case cf the death, resignation cr removal of
any of said members cf said Gc.:.f Board, the remaining members or
a majority e' them, shall and ore hereby given the right and
power tc elect ancther person tc fill such vacancy.
3; Th:: t the said cif Board is hereby given full power and
authority tc control, mana;e, cperate and direot the affairs cf
the Miami -Hialeah Course Land make and enforce such rules and
regulations as in their judgment and discretion they may deem
advisable fcr the 'beat interests of said Miami -Hialeah self Course.
