A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF MORGAN-
HILL PAVING COMPANY FOR PAVING UNDER IM-
PROVEMENT H-244 AND THE BID OF J. B. Me -
CRAZY ENGINEERING CORPORATION FOR SANI-
TARY SEWER UNDER IMPROVEMENTS SR-98:TO
101, AND FOR STORM SEWERS UNDER IMPROVE-
MENT 3R-102 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACTS WITH SAID BIDDERS.
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of November, 1924, the Commis-
sion Of the City of Miami, Florida, after due public notice,
received sealed proposals for the construotion of sanitary
sewers, storm sewers and paving to be done under Districts Sr-98
to 101, Sr-102, and H-244, respectively, and
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of the bide received, it appears
that the bid of Morgan -Hill Paving Company for paving under Dis-
trict H-244 is the lowest and best bid received for paving work
and the bid of J. 3. I.;cCrary Engineering Corporation is the low-
est and best bid received for the combined sanitary and storm
sewer work,
