A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARA-
TION AND FILING OF PRELIMINARY ASSESS-
MENT ROLLS FOR WORK UNDER CERTAIN IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICTS SET FORTH IN THIS
RESOLUTION AND DIRECTING THE PUBLICA-
TION OF NOTICE FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE
CONFIRMATION OF SUCH ROLLS.
WHEREAS, the contract entered into for the improve-
ment of pertain streets by the construction of street paving,
authorized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami, has been properly and completely done and said work
accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami:
1: That the City ':Tanager be, and is hereby, directea
to make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary assessment
roll of the following improvements as provided in Section 56
of the City Charter, to -wit:
Highway Improvements Nos. H-196 H-196-C, H-199-A, H-236 and
H-239.
2: That upon the filing of said preliminary assessment
rolls, the City Clerk cause notice to be given in a newspaper
published in the City of Miami twice weekly for two weeks,
stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami
to be held on a certain day and at a certain hour, not less than
twelve days from the date of the first publication, any person
whose property is described in said preliminary assessment rolls
may appear and file written objections to the confirmation of
aria preliminary aaseas:nent rolls.
